Availability of Goods:
Although we keep many thousands of items in stock at any one time we cannot guarantee the same of our suppliers. We may sometimes experience delays that are out of our control due to nil stock, back orders, shipping delays etc. If an item is to be delayed for any period of time what so ever you will be notified immediately, either by email or phone call and advised of the estimated time of delivery or and alternative product..

Shipping:
Orders within Australia: All Orders paying by Cash On Delivery All orders that are sent Cash On Delivery are charged at Australia Post's standard regular post rate which varies from postcode to postcode and depends on the size and weight of the parcel. The post office also adds a $9 Cash On Delivery fee to all COD orders.

Orders Under $300
Orders below the value of $300.00 (not paying by Cash On Delivery) will incur freight charges that must be paid by you the customer. If this freight charge exceeds $15.00 you will be notified by email or telephone prior to the processing of your order. Orders paying by Cheque or Money Order

If you choose cheque or money order to purchase your products we will notify you of the final purchase amount including freight at the time of confirming your order. Please do not send your cheque or money order until we have contacted you.

Shipping Methods:
Shipping methods include Aust Express Post, Courier's Please and Regular Aust Post (for C.O.D. orders). Our courier service is fast, reliable, cost-effective and offers a full tracking facility for your goods. The cost for our courier service is normally similar or less than Australia Post's Regular mail service.

Delivery:
Expect most deliveries in 2 - 5 working days from the original purchase date. You will be notified of any product or order shipping delays by email or phone.

Credit Cards: All you have to do is enter your credit card number and expiry date as well as security number (if applicable) at the checkout. All information is entered through a secure server and is not kept on file, Cash on Delivery: An option for those without a credit card. The products will arrive at your local post office where you will be charged for the cost of the item plus an $9 COD fee as well as the cost of the freight.

Cheque or Money Order: Also an option for those without a credit card. We prefer bank cheques or money orders although personal cheques will be accepted but will incur a clearance time of up to 3 -5 working days. "Do not send the cheque/money order until we have made contacted with you. Direct Deposit: Another option if you don't have a credit card. After you submit your order, we will contact you and give you the total cost of the purchase (goods + freight) and our bank details. Do not direct deposit until we have contacted you.

Checking Order Status:
You can check the status of your order via email or by calling us on 03 9459 4222 or fax on 03 9458 5165. Please include your full name and phone number with all enquiries.

Returns:
Please send all returns to Ridersedge.com.au within 14 days of receipt of product. Please call or email prior to return for an approval number. All goods must be sent by registered post only. Ridersedge.com.au is not responsible for products lost during return shipping. No restocking fees will be charged on items to be exchanged for a different size or colour. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. They must be in original packaging and condition as well as including a copy of your original invoice. Warranty Exchanges:
