Riders Edge offers a variety of delivery options Australia wide. If our freight company cannot access
your postal address, your delivery will be kept at your closest Post Office. Delivery should be expected within
2-5 business days from the submission of your order to Riders Edge. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee
shipment of goods by any specific time frame.
Returns
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with any purchase, you may return the unused product(s) (within 7 days of delivery)
for a full refund of the price of the item. The item must be in re-sellable condition upon return. We cannot refund the
return shipping charges unless there is a defect with the product or the order was not filled properly. You are required
to receive a return authorization from us prior to any returns. To do so, please send an e-mail to dave@ridersedge.com.au
and explain your reason for the return.
Exchange
If for any reason, you wish to exchange goods, you may return the unused product(s) (within 7 days of delivery)
provided it is in a re-sellable condition. For any exchange, the customer will be liable for all associated
freight charges.
International Orders
Riders Edge currently accept order from Australia and New Zealand. All delivery costs for
NZ orders are on individual basis, subject to current freight charges. Please check at
time of purchase.
